COD-鱈魚,我的至愛,可以直接用點鹽、胡椒粉醃一下,然後加蔥白、天津冬菜放在幹荷葉上清蒸,蒸好後撒青蔥花、芫荽(香菜)碎,然後澆上滾燙的熱油!好吃!還可以醃好後煎得金黃,然後倒入加了磷d和薑汁的醬油煎入味!

salmon 三文魚(也叫?鮭魚?或大馬哈魚),做生魚片最好吃.烤或做熏魚也不錯,但燒或做湯則有些油膩.

SWORDFISH-劍魚,我通常把劍魚切塊裹雞蛋液然後沾上麵包糠油炸,沾甜酸醬吃
tilapia 羅非魚,又叫吳郭魚,非洲鯽魚,肉質很嫩,清蒸或燒均可,我也用他做過魚米
TILAPIA-鯛魚,可以把兩麵煎得金黃然後加水、木瓜花生或節瓜豆腐煮魚湯,也可以加檸檬片、鹽、胡椒粉裹在錫紙裏用烤箱烤,新鮮的可以清蒸然
TROUT-鱒魚,跟SALMON是親戚,很多種做法
TUNA-吞拿魚、金槍魚,新鮮的可以生吃,也可以煮熟後拆肉加入沙拉中吃,還可以加生菜絲、美奶滋、番茄片做三文治餡,還可以把熟的TUNA罐頭魚肉加入芋泥中做成芋餅然後煎得金黃香脆
WHITEFISH-白魚,一種海魚,我通常把薑用油煎香,下魚塊煎一下,然後加醬油、糖、水、蔥段煮沸,關火後加點陳醋
SQUID-烏賊,魷魚,弄幹淨,在裏頭一麵切菱形刀花,然後配合蜜糖豆、胡蘿卜片、青椒什麽的爆炒,也可以切成魷魚圈裹炸粉油炸
SCALLOP-扇貝肉,可以灼熟後跟雞蛋一起清蒸,也可以配合西蘭花胡蘿卜片一起清炒
