China's Trade Surplus Keeps Climbing

In 2004, China's trade surplus was $32 billion.

Last year it was more than three times that - $102 billion.

In the first half of this year, it is already 55% over what it was this time last year and the last half are historically better months - think Christmas is coming.

So...what can be done?
