China's Human Rights Record - Improving or Declining?

One question they were asked is

Has Human Rights Situation in China improved over the previous decade?

The general public (52%), Business leaders (53%) and Opinion Leaders seem split on this one with slightly more Opinion leaders (55%) thinking it really hasn't improved.
