Busted! - China style

Well, they haven't been busted yet. They are just going to court, so I read.China is, for the first time, sueing a US company for IP theft. Isn't that a twist? Shenzhen (hey, that's where my wife is from.) - is a Chinese experimental city. It sits right next to Hong Kong and was Communist China's first experiment as a free economic zone before Hong Kong was returned to them. It seems somebody in Shenzhen is now experimenting with another first - taking an American company to court alleging infringement of their, Netac's, patent relating to USB flash memory drives. continue reading....
