上菜前先恭喜校友加“老鄉”潛水妹妹,祝賀她的老公順利找到工作。然後再來熱烈慶祝喵唔的博客上了滾動新聞。^@^
最近整個人慵懶的很,做飯缺少創意,吃飯也沒滋沒味的。大概是已經一年半沒回國充電的緣故。凡是看到有人貼的回家腐敗貼,就覺得百爪撓心,磨皮擦癢的。嗬嗬!不過現在開心了,今天收到了媽媽寄來的茶葉和衣服,還是媽媽了解女兒的心思呀。
言歸正傳,上菜吧。好久沒露頭了,這次多上一點。
味曾苦瓜

做法很簡單。味曾加肉末香菇和一點高湯煮稠,放到蒸的半熟的苦瓜裏接著蒸,讓苦瓜進味。適合爬梯的時候吃。

這是一道能讓人辣掉下巴的菜。除了野山椒以外,又放了一些泡豇豆增加一些爽脆、酸酸的口感。是一道很開胃下飯適合夏天吃的菜。
