blood work reading

had dinner with my GF E tonite......great Spanish Restaurant!!! awesome Topas!!! Expensive too....!!!

funny thing is....i am going to have my annual physical exam tomorrow.....didn't remember until after work....so it's too late to call the medical center to ask what's the latest time i can have dinner tonite.....cause they want to draw blood as part of the physical exam and i need to have empty stomach to get the accurate blood work reading....

i was calling my folks....my friends....to get the time estimate....some say i am allow to eat anything after midnite....some say no eating after 8pm......others...no eating after 6pm....

so i was like.....eh.....what should i do?!

so E said....it's best that i stop eating anything after 8pm....just to be sure.... so i ask her....the stuff i ate before 8pm will that affect the blood work reading tomorrow? she said....it might....

next thing i know.....we were ordering Sangria, avacado/mango/crab meat, calamari, bacon with scallops, shrimp with wine sauce, clam with green sauce......plus chocolate lava at the end for dessert....

food is awesome!!! and tasty!!! Sangria is GREAT!! except....my blood work reading is gonna be really off tomorrow....hahahah ......cause we didn't stop eating until 8:30pm....... ahhhh
