Engelbert Humperdinck is a British pop singer who is well known for his songs : Release Me、The Last Waltz、After the Lovin' and A Man Without Love. It was said that Humperdinck's easygoing style and good looks earned him hardcore female fans who tagged him "the King of Romance" and called themselves "Humperdinckers".
Humperdinck constantly updated his music and his image. He once said in a 1992 tour book: "I don't like to give people what they have already seen. I take the job description of 'entertainer' very seriously. I try to bring a sparkle that people don't expect and I get the biggest kick from hearing someone say, 'I had no idea you could do that.'"
