"You gotta do what you gotta do!"

Being a business owner means you have no short cut on anything.  In customers' mind, you are the one who wants to take their money, in employees' mind, you are the one who want them to work like a horse.

But at the end of the day, it is you who is going to make it happen, you have to do whatever it takes.

I have seen many business owners who love to be a boss but hate to do boss's work.

What will a boss do then? 

Everything!

You do need help from others. But ask yourself a question:  why would they care?
