TheUSrealestatemarketcontinuestostruggle.Forsomeperspective,today'stopchartillustratestheUSmedianprice(adjustedforinflation)ofasingle-familyhomeoverthepast37yearswhiletoday'sbottomchartpresentstheannualpercentagechangeinhomeprices(alsoadjustedforinflation).Whilethe1995to2005rallyinhomepriceswasimpressive,sotohasbeenthefollowingdecline.Infact,thecurrentdeclineisgreaterthananysince1970.
