材料:米粉(健力超級米粉),雞蛋,青豆,洋蔥,hamor五花肉,蝦米
調味:鹽,糖,咖喱粉
1。五花肉切細條,用鹽,酒,糖,pepper,生抽醃30分鍾,炒熟,加洋蔥,盛起。
2。米粉用開水泡10分鍾,晾幹。
3。雞蛋炒熟,盛起。
4。炒米粉,加調味,加青豆。
5。炒熟米粉後,加上雞蛋,五花肉,蝦米,上碟即成。

材料-煲湯老雞一隻,海參一條半,花生,密棗
藥材-沙參,圓肉,玉竹,紅棗,維山
功效-滋陰養顏,補氣養血,健脾開胃
步驟:
1。老雞去皮,切塊,放入開水過一下(去肉腥)
2。盛一大鍋水,水開後先放雞塊,海參,等水再開後把配料放入
3。大火煮十五到二十分鍾,然後收慢火熬湯3小時
