ZT住在加州，就不得不說說加州的菜式。Cobb沙拉就是一個典型。
Cobb沙拉是在好萊塢的BrownDerby誕生的，跟一般簡單的沙拉不同，這款沙拉除了生菜，傳統的原料還包括烤雞肉，雞蛋，牛油果等，而拌料裏最重要的是bluecheese。
我喜歡這個沙拉，不僅是因為口感豐富，更主要的是沙拉醬清淡而滋味多樣。
