根據我們最新的了解，DOL對於45-60天PERM的審理時間有所修正。45-60天的審理時間是對於沒有任何問題的PERM申請。如果DOL認為PERM的申請是有問題的，審理時間則會超過60天。
DOL同時承認早先申請的PERM有很多都還在processingcenter，主要原因是其係統上的問題，DOL正在試圖逐一解決。反而後來申請的PERM其審理時間都大為提前。
