美國勞工部最近公布了最新laborcertification申請的數據，以下請看有關信息：

大家都知道Nebraska對於I-140，EB-1及EB-2的審理是非常嚴格或不合理的，而且從四月一日開始所有的I-140又都要送到Nebraska，然後由其決定再是否送到Texas去處理。目前我們看了一些從Nebraska來的RFE，我們發現Nebraska對於EB-1及EB-2的態度有些轉變，也就是說RFE一般來說都非常簡短而且明確，因此申請人也比較好回答。我們也看了一些非常含糊的RFE，也就是將EB-1或EB-2的條件再列出一次，[閱讀全文]

USCIS最近公布了截至到2006年4月3日H-1B名額的情況。據USCIS解釋，所公布的數字是包括去年一些仍在審理的案件，而不少人推測今年名額的使用速度可能會比去年更快(去年8月名額用完)。

你的申請是否從CaliforniaServiceCenter轉至TexasServiceCenter?

不少客人問到為什麽他們的申請案件從CaliforniaServiceCenter轉到了TexasServiceCenter。據美國移民律師協會(AILA)與移民局(USCIS)的溝通中，USCIS對此問題作出了一些解釋：
