X精子(女兒精子)跑的慢，但活的長，喜歡酸性環境
Y精子(兒子精子)跑的快，但壽命比X精子短，嗜堿
基礎體溫是每日清晨醒來，不要動不要吃，立刻就測你的體溫並記錄下來。一般在體溫達到最高那天4-6小時後就排卵。以前是比較簡陋的辦法，現在藥店有不少“儀”可以精確測出來。
建議連測3個月，作出曲線，這樣就能準確地知道自己何時排卵了。
