萬事開頭難，現階段做地產投資需要搞清楚的幾個問題：
1Where在哪裏做投資房。最好具體到哪個state/city/社區；
2What哪種房子（SFH/MF/。。。etc），價格區間；
3How具體如何操作（mentor/courses/實踐摸索/。。。）；
