麵包機買了很多年了,剛買的時候用自帶的方子做出來的麵包不成功,頓時失去興趣,麵包機轉而成了和麵和發麵機。最近在allrecipes上看到這個方子,試了一下,成品很不錯。

老媽帶來的幹餅子吃完了,意猶未盡。隻有發揮勞動人民的智慧和我長期以來站在餅子鋪等新鮮出爐的餅子的觀察,自己來摸索。前麵胖胖熊做了陝西鍋盔,很佩服。川版和陝版的在口感和外觀上都有區別,川版的外殼脆,中間空,能夠在邊上切一條小口就往餅肚子裏填東西(鹵肉和涼拌菜等)。製作辦法:我沒有單獨為了做餅子發麵,而是做花卷時發麵揪了2砣下來試驗,沒[閱讀全文]
