我父母剛收到綠卡，但上麵有錯誤-卡號印成了收據號（隨卡的信上附有卡號和收據號）。父母綠卡都有錯。我應該如何聯係USCIS更改錯誤。需要多長時間拿到新卡？是否付費？多謝回答。
