1.外科急腹症患者在沒有明確診斷之前，應嚴格執行的“四禁”是：禁止痛、禁飲食、禁灌腸、禁服瀉藥。
2、腹膜刺激征的表現為腹部壓痛、反跳痛、腹肌緊張。
3、先發熱後腹痛，多以內科科疾病為主；先腹痛後發熱，多以外科科疾病為主。
4、異位妊娠的三大主要症狀為：停經、**流血、腹痛。
