在國內時是CP，來美5年沒有交黨費等。後來因為J1的原因回國，國內又把黨員續上了。現剛來美國1個月，準備遞交Eb1a485,是共產黨，GC會有問題嗎？應該怎麽解釋？謝謝[閱讀全文]

請問，如果kid(VA)與父親(Washingtonstate)一起file485，但與父親住在不同的州，485的郵寄地址是根據父親所在的州，還是小孩所在的州？還是得跟父親的485一起在一個信封裏郵寄到USCIS?thanks
