該怎樣調理？

自從得了N1H1flu咳嗽後，咳嗽總是時好時壞，常常睡一覺後覺得好了，等到半下午，又開始咳了。大多是幹咳，有時有痰，請問應該怎樣調理？
另外，晚上睡到1-2點就醒了，要過好久才能在入睡，這種狀態已經有幾個月了，又什麽辦法可以治呢？
