主料:糯米500克、豬肉(瘦)150克、小麥麵粉400克.調料:白砂糖1勺、豬油1勺(煉製)、雞精一點、醬油1勺、黃酒1勺、大蔥、薑各適量
做法:
1、將糯米淘洗幹淨,用冷水浸泡5-6小時;
2、糯米瀝去水分,上籠用旺火蒸熟;
3、豬肉切成小丁;蔥薑切末
