由於我工作的性質是可以在家遠程工作，我在申請綠卡之初，公司在A洲，自己在B洲，PERM和140的工作地點寫的是A洲，我一直沒有留意，PERM和140在2006和2007初的時候都批了。2007年由於老公工作的關係，我又回到了A洲的另一城市（不在公司），現在我又跟著老公來到了C洲。我公司一直都沒有變，也一直交著A洲的稅。就沒有想著交AC21,我的worksite和公司地址不一樣，會有麻煩嗎？[閱讀全文]

我老公剛從國內回來，帶了一些牛肉幹，被罰了300圓，不知道這個對我們的綠卡是否有影響。海關人員說是penalty不是criminal，記了他的護照和社會安全號。我看到485you這一條：
