我一直有個疑問。485pending的在美國讀書的高中生算國際學生。國際學生與美國學生的錄取比例不一樣。比如，ifMIT招收15%的domesticstudentsand5%intlstudent.那麽一個485pending的國際學生，在domesticstudents這個pool裏，可能排不到前15%，因為競爭特厲害。而他/她也許在intlstudents這個pool裏，可能排到5%。
