1.UnagiRoll,第一次學習做Sushi,雖然看了童鞋們的帖子無數回,不過米還是煮太軟了點,下次就知道煮飯時水的用量了.

1.夫妻肺片.一切都照淡鳥大師的方子做了,沒有買到牛肚和頭皮,最後整個菜顏色偏黑.隻有下次重交作業了.不知道哪位大俠告知哪兒有賣牛頭皮的.我在灣區.先謝謝了
