近來忙於招聘新人,很多人在幾分鍾的電話交談後就被我從候選人的名單中劃掉了.主要原因有:
1.在談話中搶話.我問題還沒說完,他/她已經開始回答了.也不管自己是否聽懂了問題.
2.在簡曆上過分誇大自己的經驗和技術.實當誇大我不反對,但是必須準備好,有能力回答你所誇大的實力.
