OIL有三個讓人賺錢的特征：
（1）周期性.
（2）每一個周期上下幅度很大（down50-80%，up100%etc.)
（3）每一個上下幅度持續很長時間。中間吃點魚身，再用optionlevearage一下。
散戶們其實啥都不用折騰了，抓住OIL就可以發點財退休了。也不用當地主那麽折騰。
