If you see edges of life, edges of time, edges of the earth, of the universe, of existence, of nothingness, of happiness and sorrow, yesterday and tomorrow, limit and infinity.
And then if you look at Rodin's gate of hell, you will find that it is not quite there. Rodin really had some catch up to do. He didn't see it. His work is just a technical show.

It is an undefined realm. It cannot be occupied because it has zero area. And yet it extends to infinity. From there you may see a unique picture of both inside and outside.
