Daddy didn't come

Took Valentina to Ikea on the rainy Sunday afternoon, so Daddy can take a nap. She loves the ball room there and I enjoyed 30 minutes of shopping alone time. We had snacks too: mac cheese and milk, her favorite, and french fry, cake and coffee, my favorite. The best of all, we chatted over the table, just like old friends. At the end, she became sad and said: Daddy didn't come! It's so good to have a daughter!

周末兩天，弟弟們生病，不能全家出門。星期六帶了珠珠去給虎貝看醫生，然後爸爸把我們留在playground玩兒。很久沒有媽媽帶珠珠玩兒了，發現她還是那麽慢悠悠小心翼翼的，但是身體協調能力大為提高，爬上爬下爬高爬低不停歇。玩得最高興的是在秋千上，媽媽坐秋千上，珠珠推，還讓我仰著，她摟著我的脖子唱：rock-a-bye baby, in the tree top ... 

星期天下雨，本想帶她去圖書館的，但是她念叨著要去Ikea的ball room。我最享受的是snack time。她坐在我對麵，高高興興地吃mac cheese喝牛奶，我慢慢吃薯條，蛋糕喝咖啡。看著她清澈純淨的大眼睛，我們倆有一搭沒一搭地閑聊著，享受著mother-daughter time。別無所求！

我女兒怎麽那麽好看呢！膚如凝脂，齒如編貝，仍舊胖胖的手臂如藕節，長腿。
