The Scripture of Overcoming Tribulations in Lifechanyuan

暴雨一場接一場，洪水滔天，顆粒無收，饑餓在眼前，

Storm after storm, floods surging, no harvest in sight, hunger is at hand.

熱浪一浪高一浪，暑氣逼人，身心煎熬，大火在身旁，

Heatwave upon heatwave, oppressive heat, mind and body in torment, fire is near.

瘟疫一波接一波，輪番襲來，防不勝防，死神在召喚，

Pandemic wave after wave, attacking in turn, impossible to defend, death calls.

地震一陣又一陣，掀起波濤，海岸遭殃，低窪成海洋，

Earthquake after earthquake, stirring waves, coasts are doomed, lowlands become seas.

社會動蕩，全球混亂，戰雲密布，無處可躲，

Society in turmoil, global chaos, war clouds gather, nowhere to hide.

謠言滿天飛，欺詐遍地行，信無可信，防不勝防，

Rumors fly everywhere, deceit spreads across the land, trust is shattered, impossible to guard against.

災禍突如其來，黑暗不期而至，萬般智慧如浮雲，千種計較皆落空。

Disasters strike without warning, darkness comes uninvited, all wisdom seems like floating clouds, all plans fall through.

此乃人類之劫，該如何度過？

This is humanity's tribulation—how can we overcome it?

點亮心中神燈，讓造物主穩住心神。

Light the divine lamp within your heart, let the Greatest Creator steady your mind.

無怨無惱無恐懼，堅信道之公正。

No resentment, no distress, no fear—believe firmly in the justice of the Tao (the consciousness of the Greatest Creator).

祈禱懺悔加修行，“諸惡莫作，眾善奉行。"

Pray, repent, and cultivate: "Do no evil, perform all good deeds."

敬畏上帝，敬畏生命，走自然之道。

Revere the Greatest Creator, revere LIFE, walk the way of the nature.

生命交給上帝，人生交給道管理，浪漫樂觀每一天。

Entrust your LIFE to the Greatest Creator, let the Tao arrange your days, and live romantically and optimistically each day.

隨遇而安，隨緣而化，隨性而動，隨機而作。

Accept things as they are, engage with others through natural and transient relationships, act in harmony with our true selves, and make the most of opportunities as they arise.

莫貪便宜莫從眾，貯點食物及藥品。

Avoid seeking cheap gains and following the crowd; store some food and medications.

三五知音常相聚，相互幫襯助身心。

Gather often with a few close friends, supporting each other in body and spirit.
