• 大西洋理事會全球能源中心表示：“台灣不僅麵臨能源短缺，更重要的是電力短缺。”

• 台灣 97% 以上的能源需求依賴進口，主要來自煤炭和天然氣。接受 CNBC 采訪的專家表示，這種依賴使得台灣很容易受到能源供應中斷的影響。
