這次25天一個人的隨性遊，其中非常喜歡南法Alps山裏的幾個中世紀小鎮（小村），是因為小鎮本身很有特點，更是因為在山裏。對我而言，旅行有山則靈。
我是mountain person。每次出遊必須有山，必須爬山，不管多高多矮。在Castellane被小鎮吸引，我忙於走遍小鎮每一個角落，卻不知可以爬到山頂的chapel，遺憾錯過了，給了下次再去的理由。
在Moistures吸取了教訓，先爬山，爬到了山頂的church，不高，但石頭地非常滑，需小心翼翼。
在Verdon Gorge為了節約時間，我從山上跑到山腳溪邊，又跑回了山上。九十幾度的高溫，全身濕了個透，但非常開心，不虛此行

錯過了Castellane山上的chapel，在Moustiers Sainte-Marie我做的第一件事就是爬山去山上的教堂。山頂的教堂俯瞰著這個有著一千多年曆史的小村（小村始於5世紀），看著世事變遷。
山不高，但千年山路被磨的非常滑，下山時得很小心翼翼抓著鐵欄。那天很熱，鐵欄曬得很燙，走得有些狼狽，卻也開心
同遊的瑞士女孩們，回頭的女孩很熱心，我的照片都是她幫著拍的
小村不僅是鑲嵌在山裏，而且小村的中心有山泉流過，由於地勢陡降，形成了瀑布
