Some recent baking

Recently working from home, I have more time on cooking and baking. I have tired pineapple pastry (mini version though), egg tarts, almond cookies. My old son loved the egg tarts very much. He confessed to me that he has been eating 5 of those in a row. Then he asked me, " Are these tarts healthy?" What I can say?
