其實昨天就想搶跑來著, 聽某人的話要等發令槍響......老實孩子傷不起呀傷不起 

這首神曲以前唱過，但一直惦記著有些小問題要糾正一下。查了一下舊貼木有了，正好利用活動機會重炸了一版，一時盡興。估計我的“成熟穩重安靜宅”人設要塌完了，那就這樣吧！

我有糖癮，定期會發作一下。最近對低碳水烘焙來了興趣。一頓操作猛於虎，大快朵頤很滿足！吃起來木負擔，還明顯緩解了我的糖癮，推薦給大家，更送給溫和善良有愛顧家的巨蟹寶寶們 (據不完全統計: 無版, 金版, 飛渡, 微雨, 李哥, 爪四嫂 ), 歐葉！

左上、右上、中間分別是免烤版、高壓鍋版、烤箱版芝士蛋糕；個人最喜歡烤箱版，因為可以烤脆皮。

左下是杏仁粉亞麻籽麵包。右下是夾心蒸饅頭。

近幾年low carb/sugar free/keto 食譜在油管遍地開花，很容易搜到！主要是把精碳水的白糖和麵粉換成substitutes 就可以了。
