Today China is by engineers; entrepreneurs; economists and quality social elites as lawmakers as part time in self-reliance. India should also do in this way to avoid multiple parties using the fate of Indians as a gambling chip to fight against each other; which is in failing India and all of democracies.
For them to be like China first completely abolish the caste systems and treat each and every citizen equally. Treat all religions equally, treat the people with different color skin equally. Use just one common language as national language. Most importance tell the people don't just talk and boast. Put into action and proof and show real results.
 @panyaboonc5621  Tradition, such as Indian caste systems, is deeply rooted in people's souls with certain interest group in deadly protecting it, and reforms that uproot the tradition will bleed, and the result will still be failure.
 
Nowadays, social governance has evolved into legislating policies to pave the track, and then society runs accordingly. As long as the legislation can be improved, it is a success. Today's Chinese society is the result of thousands of years of continuous improvement, such as economic reform in last century, the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, exploring feasible experiences, and then promoting it from point to line and then to area for two decades long. China's economic reform is still ongoing, just as if a ship constantly adjusts its course.
 
But Western democracies have turned their government into a stage for political actors playing drama by playing with ideologies. Everyone shouts about democracy, values, and human rights, by saliva as cannonballs looking for targets to attack all over the world to show their most humanity with human nature for deceiving voters; but in actual no one of them cares about actual social effect.
I am happy to see that you have gained weight and not lost weight, even though you are busy working all day long for telling the truth about China. A Frenchman who once worked in China said that "China is a refined civilization; but the west is a destruction of civilizations. The daily life of the Chinese people is more decent than in the USA, Europe, Russia, India, Africa, etc. The only European country as clean and safe as China is probably Switzerland. But there are 4 or 5 million Swiss people... not 1 and a half billion. " Thank you for hard working on truth.
Since 2000 years ago China chooses high quality people as officials, even developed Imperial Examination. Today China is by engineers; entrepreneurs; economists and quality social elites as lawmakers as part time in self-reliance; the top leadership is a politburo of 7 members that promoted based on quality from grassroots gradually; without consensus from meeting; no one allowed talk at will; thus ensure the collective wisdoms in governance and avoided personal dictatorship.
