Beauty and Beast (圖)

A couple of weeks ago,  I wandered into Feedback forum.  I found there was a lady (I gave her a nick called female tiger) who was fiercely fighting against a female BanZhu on a forum.  The words from this female tiger were harsh and rude.  I clicked her ID and got into her blog.  To my total surprise, in her blog, some of her posts were filled with love and affection that I could almost fall in love with her if God permits.  How can such a beauty be associated with such ugliness?  Do our hearts have separate chambers? One filled with goodness and one with ugliness?  

I was baffled by this and my mind could not escape thinking of this strange combination whenever my mind was free. Finally, I thought about tiger.  Tigers have such beautiful skin and powerful presence.  When I looked at them in the picture, I could not stop admiring these characters in them. At those moments I seldom thought about the other side of  tigers that they have sharp teeth and strong jaws that could crash human bones like a piece of chocolate and pointed claws that could tear apart human flesh like a sharp knife. In reality, both these sides are parts of a being which naturally exists. No matter how we dislike the combination, it exists as it is and as it has been for millions of years. As a human being, we need to learn to enjoy the beauty and guard against the beast.  But for that female tiger, I do wish her to mature in her mind as we are different from the other beings on the Earth and we have a conscious that was matched by none. I also wish her to let her inner beauty to expand and outshine her imperfection in her character as we all have.

Of course, not all beasts are blessed with beauty. Some of the beasts are just purely ugly. That is also a part of nature that we need to recognize and live with.

Ha, ha, our hearts do have four different chambers. I believe that God wouldn't mind that you fall in love with her (the female tiger). It is the laws of modern human society that doesn't allow you to marry her if you already have a wife. Still you can fall in love with her as long as you can keep the feelings at the bottom of your heart. People are different, as different as different animals are. Some are beautiful inside and outside. Others are beautiful outside and ugly inside. The problem is that if they don't show the inside ugliness to us, we wouldn't know. Forum is a good place for people to show both side to others. That is why you can see both isde of this female tiger. In real life she may not show her inside ugliness like she showed on the forum. Many people may simply stund by her outside beauty.
