裝飾房子對房屋銷售價格的影響

裝飾房子對價格也許不會有太大影響，但它絕對是房子賣得快的原因。刷房子，洗（換）地毯都是可能的，主要的目的是盡快把房子賣出去。

我賣我舊房子之前，花了將近2.5W，包括刷房子（裏外），換瓦頂，庭院整理，Staging （2800刀一個月的租金，好在我的房子在一個月內賣掉啦）。沒法證明我花的錢都能拿回來，但是所作的努力絕對是我的房子賣得快的原因。那都是真金白銀的稅後的錢啊，但時至如今，我感激agent的建議，更高興我們接納了她的意見。

LA的人大概都知道，有個房價不跌的城市，我們就在那裏。我們的屋況並不差，這樣價位的房子非常搶手。但我們做了那些“額外”的事情。

美國絕大部分地區現在還是買方市場，更要多做一些“額外”的事情。大師說的好，哪匹馬不吃草就能跑？買主不會聽忽悠就多掏錢的。

還有一句話，沒有賣不出去的房子，隻有賣不出去的房價。
