Weekly BP vs SPX 121315

This week's BP dropped to -171, a big bearish reading------more downside going forward.

If look at the BP for last few weeks, it swung between 145 and -171, and market also very choppy and swings between 2010 and 2100. With such kind swing, it would be wise to stay out of it unless you are traders.
Closed PUT position too early this week (still a new hand in the short side, need to trust the BP and hold it longer). Also opened three calls between 2045-2015, they are opened premature, will close them next 2 weeks.
