智能係統進化論
Theory of Evolution of an Intelligent System

細胞生命的構造無處不體現著智慧,其活動則是智慧的反應,因此細胞生命的產生可以視為一種智慧體係的形成。
The structures of the life of a cell mirror intelligence and its activities embody intelligent structure. Therefore, it is possible to regard the emerging of life as the form of an intelligent system.

生命係統能對物質和能量進行利用以保持自身係統的存在並複製,並由多種多樣的後代形成了一個複雜的生態巨係統,生物體基因組上儲存並發展著許多關鍵信息以控製係統的運行與演變。
The life system uses matter and energy in maintaining the existence and reproducing of its own system, and forms an giant complex ecological system. Genomes of life store and develop many key information in order to control the operation and evolution of the system.

人類社會是唯一能與之類比的智能巨係統,兩者相似點如下:
The human society is the only giant system that can draw analogy with the life system. The similarities are as follows:

(1)、都是對物質和能量的有序控製利用,並使得係統自身向複雜化演化。複雜化包含兩個含義,即構成的硬件機製複雜化,以及內含控製信息的複雜化
Both are order control and use/utilize of matter and energy, and render the system per se the evolution of complexity

(2)、都存在並依賴一個複雜的信息係統,在參與個體中能交換信息。語言文字構成知識的複雜信息流。而生命中也有相類似的信息係統,即基因組中的信息。
Both exist and depend on a complex information system, in which exchanges information between participators. Whilst language and characters consists complex information flow of knowledge, it is alike with life, i.e. information within genome composes information.

(3)、兩者向複雜化演化都表現在能製造並使用更複雜的硬件機製上。比如高等動物的構造功能以及人類複雜的機器設備或產品。
The evolution to complexity of both systems is manifest in being able to produce and apply more complicated hardware mechanism, i.e. conformation function of more advanced creatures and complicated machinery equipment or product.

因此生命研究就是對智能巨係統的研究。由此一個以往生命科學研究還未涉及到的核心問題出現了,即生命中位於基因組中的堿基符號信息係統到底有多複雜,能與語言文字符號係統的複雜度類比嗎?如果前者僅僅是依靠基因組上的隨機變異(包括突變、隨機交換等)來演變,則RNA或蛋白質序列也僅是隨機排列的選擇,這就比語言文字係統簡單很多。
Therefore, the study of life is the study of an intelligent giant system. Thus a core issue of life research in the past emerges, i.e. how complicated on earth is 堿基符號 information system of life within genome?
