As said in the title, I hope the New York City Police Department, a governmental agency under a "vote-elected" city government, can be held accountable by the government and the people.

1) the BROAD spectrum of harassments and threats I have sustained
2) the EVIL SYSTEM'S FACTOR in my "wife" Li Li's twice desertions in year 2014 and her aftermath PSYCHIATIC BEHAVIORS FREQUENTLY DAILY since her return in 2015
3) the VARIOUS harassments, torts, and threats I have sustained at this rental residence 136-09 59th Ave, Flushing, NY 11355.
4) the premeditated and coordinated attempted-murders and consequent injuries I have suffered from the employer B.Q. Wide Auto Body Parts Supply, Inc. and then from those access-limited "medical providers"

WHY I WOULD ONLY WATCH AND ENDURE SUCH A KIND OF EVIL SYSTEM KEEPS SPREADING THEIR MURDEROUS LIES OF "WE THE PEOPLE"?
