我的英文日記 (3/8/12)

3/8/12 (Friday)

Yesterday, while waiting for my son to finish his piano lesson, I read an old issue of Reader’s Digest on his piano teacher’s coffee table. I saw a few good quotes or sayings. Now I am trying to recall a few of them:

1.      If you take care of the moments, the years will take care of themselves.

2.      The most beautiful thing in the world, of course, is the world itself.

3.      You don’t have to be a heroine addict or a performing poet to experience the extremities, and you just have to love someone.

4.      Curious learning not only makes unpleasant things less unpleasant, but also makes pleasant things more pleasant.

That is all I can remember now.
