關於房市

不少conflicting signs -



1。市場過去一兩年可以用瘋狂來形容, 投資客(smart money)逐步退出，自助客(stupid money)開始panic;

2。去Homedepot看看，車水馬龍啊；

3。利率已經開漲，其impact （negative) 會逐漸展現；

4。上周在球場上遇到父子二人，owner of construction business. 我問房事貌似瘋狂了，父親說："that's what they say but business is still slow for us".

5。米國失業率仍然高企；

6。國際金融戰詭異莫測；

。。。。



個人認為，前方地雷很多：米國利率持續上揚？ 歐洲問題如果惡化？中國房市大降(it will never happen, right?)？ 。。。。。



Of course, nobody know when will any of these problems will erupt.
