十天前放在craiglist 上，$2300，no calls for a week. 改為$2100, no calls for two days. 然後改成 $1950，兩天內六人打來電話。

$2300的試水價來自小區裏由PM管理的兩個房子的廣告價。那兩個房子牌子掛兩周了，尚未租出去。

明天會有四家在同一個小時內來看房，我計劃發申請表並收取三十元credit checking fee.
