專業資格那更是一摞一摞的，什麽

MBA ( Must Be Around), CPA(Constantly Painting Apartment),  CFP(Cold Furnace Problem), ...

Doesn't hurt to have a Ph.D( Pest Hidden Downstairs), but it will be very useful to take more training to get a FSA(Find Satisfactory Applicant)....
