以往大家聚的時候都是整桌的大魚大肉的,現在都講究健康了,就多搞點清淡的吧,清淡的飯菜做起來反到很容易:

超級好做好吃的海鮮沙拉:
1。新鮮的尤魚和蝦,清開水煮燙熟,再過涼水,然後撈出,
2。加新鮮沙拉,
3。醋,橄欖油,鹽和黑胡椒調味

涼拌粉:超級好做也清淡

麻辣幹煸雞丁:
有人超愛麻辣,雖不清淡,這個菜也不可少
做法:
1。雞肉切丁,碼上鹽和少許澱粉
2。鍋裏放油少許,溫油幹煸雞丁
3。加麻辣粉調味,出鍋時加點熟芝麻。

海鮮沙拉和清烤三紋魚:
三紋魚的做法:
烤箱預熱375度,三紋魚上抹鹽和一點橄欖油,烤15-25 分鍾(看厚薄),新鮮的魚中間有點生也沒關係,但不要烤過火。
