酸菜豆腐。(辣椒和肉米起鍋,盛起,豆腐兩麵煎黃,倒入酸菜翻抄,再加抄好的肉,放水燜

幹扁苦瓜。(幹熱鍋翻抄,待無水後,加油和鹽,再翻幾下起鍋即可)

紅燒肉燒土豆。(肉切好洗淨後,過油抄一下,抄時放紅辣子和八角,燒好後放土豆再燒15分鍾。

共八個大人,差不多全吃光。還喝了一相脾酒。之後打牌,中間還吃了酒釀湯圓。
