對於《天邊》專輯我個人好喜歡這唱片裏麵的歌，音樂感豐富，不僅表現出民族音樂富於濃鬱地域特色的獨特而優美的旋律，又把時尚和流行的編曲和配器融入其中，使整張CD的民族音樂擺脫陳腐，聽起來耳目一新，充滿全新的時代感。這種嚐試和探索也將給民族音樂以新的發展和空間，我想這張專輯不僅在國內市場，在香港甚至國際市場上都會有不錯的成績。——歐丁玉（張學友指定音樂製作人）

布仁巴雅爾的聲音一定具有魔力，如同古希臘神話中所描述的那樣，聽了這種歌聲的人幾乎無一幸免，全部被俘獲。從國際最大的娛樂傳媒公司維亞康母屬下的MTV電視網國際總裁畢龍毅(Bill Roedy)，到MTV大中國總裁李亦非；從鄧小平的大女兒鄧琳到香港招商局董事長秦曉，從著名蒙古族歌唱家德德瑪、拉蘇榮到中央電視台著名的音樂導演王冼平，更多的人成為布仁巴雅爾音樂的支持者。原因很簡單，魔力來自布仁巴雅爾迷人的歌聲和他對草原充滿深情的表達。《吉祥三寶》這個作品是布仁寫給三歲的女兒諾爾曼的，這首歌的童聲部分是七歲的英格瑪，是真正原生態的，是呼倫貝爾的新鮮牛奶的味道，這些你是永遠也品不夠的。……《父親的草原母親的河》，道力金老師的聲音中流淌著額爾古納河的湍流，覆蓋著興安嶺的皚皚白雪，他的聲音應該讓我們把耳朵洗幹淨，跪下來傾聽。……《天邊》整張專輯是京港兩地音樂人聯手打造的一個優秀的世界音樂項目。 ——王翔

布仁巴雅爾，中文的意思是“全喜”：
1960年出生於內蒙古呼倫貝爾盟新巴爾虎左旗巴音塔拉蘇木；
1987年參加第一屆內蒙古自治區蒙語歌曲電視大獎賽，獲二等獎；
1988年參加第一屆全國少數民族青年歌手大獎賽，獲一等獎；
1992年參加全國“歌王歌後”大獎賽，獲通俗組“挑戰者獎”（三等獎）；
1998年出訪法國、德國、瑞士、荷蘭等國家，進行獨唱和馬頭琴獨奏演出；
2003年應邀到俄羅斯烏蘭烏德市，擔任“今夜群星燦爛”國際聲樂大賽評委。

一直以來，布仁巴雅爾在北京、新疆、內蒙古、廣西、海南等地進行頻繁演出，並多次參加中央電視台、中央人民廣播電台、北京電視台等各媒體的演出節目；在《東歸英雄傳》、《美麗的草原我的家》等多部影視作品中演唱主題曲；錄製出版了《我有兩個太陽》、《巴爾虎、布裏亞特旋律》、《蔚藍色的杭蓋》等專輯CD和磁帶。
