吃95層簽字室

 

 

帶女兒去芝加哥之前征求意見，網友推薦signature room at the 95th。

到了芝加哥第二天想訂位，但定不上當天的。隻好訂次日晚上6：30。餐廳Email確認（見附件）。我們早起去“名軒”吃了早茶，然後去參觀了現場博物館。博物館5點關門。我們是最後一撥出來的。到了John Hancock building，我們先去黴烯買皮鞋。離家之前知道這個餐廳有著裝要求，但忘了帶皮鞋，女兒和我都隻穿了運動鞋。

 

到了John Hancock building餐廳專用電梯，有迎賓員過來打招呼。去96層酒吧的檢查身份證，夠年齡的單排一隊。電梯來了他們先進去，我們後進。電梯很上升速度很快，耳朵壓得痛。到了95層我們先下。

 

還沒等換皮鞋，我們就被帶到餐桌。墨西哥bus boy獻上麵包和黃油

 

開胃頭盤點了蝦，但上來的是牛肉放在米飯餅上。沒來得及拍照。

主菜點了龍蝦配牛排和澳洲小羊排.這回還學一詞：時價=Market。這次龍蝦就是“時價”

配菜是微型圓白菜和土豆泥

 

甜點是黑白魔絲蛋糕和冰激淩配蘋果盒子

 

整個晚上基本上是bus boy在忙，堂官根本沒跟我們說話。點甜食我一再問bus boy，冰激淩是自製的，還是工廠生產的。他告我是自製的。我就點了冰激淩。等堂官經過我們桌，我讓他再次確認。堂官說是工廠產品。我就換了魔絲蛋糕。

 

 

這裏的餐食味道中等。量小，開胃菜，主菜，甜點都不能跳過，否則要餓著離開。這裏主要吃風景和情調。

 

說女衛生間風景最漂亮曆史傳說。我派女兒進去拍照，女兒說女95/96衛生間沒有外窗。我去男95/96衛生間偵察情況相同。實際上男女衛生間並排。還有網友說這裏的泰若米酥好吃；其實上他們不供應這款點心。

 

 

如果想最經濟的方式欣賞風景，是去96層酒吧，買一杯雞尾酒或啤酒，無需訂位。有小孩的給孩子每人買一杯草莓凍檸檬汁。

 

另外大堂很漂亮，不過精致有餘氣派不足

 

 

這一頓食品飲料稅+小費，總計USD240。娃特別高興。

Cancellation Policy:

We ask that cancellations are made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation; please call the reservations department at 312.787.9596 to cancel your reservaiton.

Any reservation secured with a credit card is held to a 24-hour cancellation policy; a cancellation made on the day of the reservation will result in a $20 charge per expected guest. A cancellation can be made without penalty if the guest calls more than 24 hours in advance of the reservation.

All Holiday reservations, regardless of size, are held to the same 24-hour cancellation policy.

Window Requests:

We do not take any window requests in advance; requests for window seating and specific tables can only be made with the concierge, host, or manager upon arrival in the restaurant at the scheduled reservation time.
