劇情簡介：

　　年輕貪玩的方履安(黃宗澤飾)因一場縱火案認識消防員鍾有成(王喜飾)，有成以自身經曆鼓勵履安，使漫無人生目標的履安成功投考消防員，有成與另一消防隊長卓柏宇(鄭嘉穎飾)曾屬好友，但卻因為事業和愛情上的摩擦而漸生隔閡。
　　履安出班後跟隨有成工作，經常遇上大型事故，二人漸建立師徒情誼。同時，履安見柏宇絕少出動大型事故卻扶搖直上.有成更認定柏宇橫刀奪愛，和未婚妻惠盈（胡杏兒飾）關係日差，及鍾有成因一場大火意外重傷昏迷，履安認定必為柏宇所累。
　　其後履安被調派到柏宇的隊伍，兩人摩擦不斷，但履安多次跟隨柏宇出生入死，二人反建立起一段真摯師徒關係，而惠盈與柏宇更漸行漸近，此時有成竟突然蘇醒，而當日真相更令人出人意表……
