1.健康篇。 經過多次研究發現，健康飲食、鍛煉、保持正常體重、不吸煙、飲酒適量可以降低罹患糖尿病和其他疾病的風險。

Many studies have shown having a healthy diet, exercising, maintaining normal body weight, not smoking and consuming alcohol moderately can lower one's risk of developing diabetes and other diseases.

 

2. 中國社會篇。中國曾經狠踩油門、啟動了有史以來最雄心勃勃的鐵路發展計劃。如今，它以同樣大的力度狠踩下了高鐵投資的刹車。 

With the same force that powered the most ambitious rail programme in history, China has slammed the brakes on its investment in high-speed trains.


3. 網絡篇。根據一項新研究，上網閑逛真的可以讓困乏的員工精神振奮、工作效率提高，而且比起其他諸如打私人電話、發短信和郵件效果都好，比起一直埋頭苦幹更是好多了。

According to a new study, Web browsing can actually refresh tired workers and enhance their productivity, compared to other activities such as making personal calls, texts or emails, let alone working straight through with no rest at all. 

4. 科技篇。《華盛頓郵報》星期日晚上報導說，據了解這份情報的西方外交官和核專家透露，伊朗已在外國科學家的幫助下完成關鍵步驟，克服了技術難題。


5. 科技篇。曾在國際原子能機構工作的一名前任官員說，伊朗取得的進展包括設計、測試引發核爆炸的爆炸裝置。

The Washington Post reported late Sunday that according to Western diplomats and nuclear experts who reviewed the intelligence, Iran has taken key steps in overcoming technical challenges with the help of foreign scientists.

 

A former official with the International Atomic Energy Agency told the newspaper that the advancements include obtaining the design for, and testing of, a capsule of explosives used to trigger a nuclear explosion.
