Friends for Life

One night I was listening songs from my little collections and enjoying some quiet and nice time of the day in my small room. This beautiful song came to my attention. It reminded me that a close friend is getting married and somehow I felt the song spells a lot of what true friendship means. Later on I found this song was composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and sung by Brightman and Carreras at the closing ceremony of 1992 Summer Olypics in Barcelona.

The repeated sentences of 0'57" - 1'32" and the ending high notes are so beautiful.
